This snowshoe features a torsion effect rubber band pivot made out of strong nylon webbing coated with urethane. The torsion effect will avoid the snowshoe hitting the shinbone, while easing backsteps and jumps over obstacles. This pivoting system is perfect for either trail or packed snow condition. This snowshoe is equipped with a Trio 1LR binding (1 lever ratchet + toe box) plus a foot bed and heel piece design to maximize control of the snowshoe. This series is also equipped with a 4.5 inch long aluminium front crampon and a 3 inch long heel crampon for optimal traction on any terrain.
